Installation/Product Service Terms:

All incoming systems and/or devices must be in complete operational order when submitted. All incoming products will undergo thorough testing prior to work being performed. All systems are subject to a 2 week turn-around time. In most cases, this turn-around time is less than 5 days. Please note that the turn-around time isn't strictly limited to 2 weeks. Expedited services are offered, but at higher cost. Systems must be sent to me in fully operational order and in a sanitary state. Systems that are sent to me with an existing modification will carry an additional fee. Sales and services are limited to the United States. International orders are not being processed at this time.

It's recommended that you ONLY include the system itself. Games, accessories, hook-ups, etc. should not be sent with your system. I only take responsibility for the console itself. 


For all installation services, the customer will be responsible for shipping their property to my office. Packages that are sent to me should not be sent via Signature Confirmation. I am not available during normal business hours to intercept your packages. If you do send a package to me requiring a signature upon delivery, I will charge an additional $10 fee. The preferred shipping carrier is USPS. You may use whichever carrier you prefer, however I will only use USPS for return shipping. All DIY packages are shipped via First Class USPS mail by default. I am not responsible for packages that are lost and/or displaced once the package has entered the mailing system. If you require insurance on your DIY kit, please include that in the notes. The cost of shipping will be adjusted accordingly. I STRONGLY urge you NOT to drop-ship your system from e-Bay or any 3rd party seller to me. I offer no guarantees on returning everything that came with the system to you. Nor do I guarantee its physical/operational condition since these things are out of my control.


Once you place an order through the store. All communication should be handled strictly through the invoicing system. For update requests and general inquiry, use the integrated ticket system. To do this, simply respond to the e-mail that was sent to you regarding your invoice. I will be promptly notified and I'll have immediate access to all information concerning your order. E-mailing me outside of the integrated ticket system for an existing order may yield a delayed response. This system ensures that you receive a fast response.


Payment for installation services is expected within 48 hours of notification that the work is completed. Customer's must be ready to pay promptly. If payment isn't received within 16 business days, the product will be recycled to recoup operating costs. This isn't a "lay-away" service and will not be treated as such.

Payment for "DIY" products are expected immediately upon receipt of order. If payment isn't promptly made within one hour of purchase, I may void your invoice.  You MUST include the invoice/order # in the payment notes. If you process a payment without generating an invoice on my payment page, I am not responsible for clerical errors on your end. If a refund is processed you must accept the refund via Google Wallet. Failure to accept the refund will default the money back to me, and I'll only do it once. 

The current and only payment method is Google Wallet.

Warranty Terms:

Voultar's Installation Services are provided as is without any guarantees or warranty. In association with the product, the great Voultar makes no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, operational failure and/or damage as a result of end-user installation. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk. These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time and may be applied retroactively.
