Installation/Product Service Terms

All incoming systems and/or devices must be in complete operational order when submitted. All incoming products will undergo thorough testing prior to any work being performed. Game consoles must be sent to me with all critical components intact. Systems that are sent to me with an existing modification will carry an additional fee. All systems are subject to a 7 to 10 business day turn-around time. In most cases, this turn-around time is less than 5 days. Expedited services are offered, but at higher cost. All DIY mod kits sold are typically shipped within 72 business hours. However, depending on volume, orders may take several days to ship. Sales and services are limited to the United States. International orders are not being processed at this time and shipping is limited to the Continental United States.

Shipping

For all installation services, the customer will be responsible for shipping their property to my office. The customer will need to send their package within 2 weeks after receiving shipping instructions. Packages that are sent to me should not be sent via Signature Confirmation. I am not available during normal business hours to intercept your packages. If you do send a package to me requiring a signature upon delivery, I will charge an additional $20 fee. The preferred shipping carrier is USPS. You may use whichever carrier you prefer, however I will only use USPS for return shipping. All DIY mod kits are shipped via First Class USPS mail by default. I am not responsible for packages that are lost and/or displaced once the package has entered the mailing system. If you require insurance on your DIY kit, please include that in the notes during checkout. The cost of shipping will be adjusted accordingly. I STRONGLY urge you NOT to drop-ship products from eBay or any 3rd party seller to my office. When sending in a game console, ONLY include the system itself. Games, accessories, hook-ups, etc. should not be sent in with your system. I only take responsibility for the console itself. Please do not contact me and inquire about package delivery if your tracking information indicates "delivery''. Once I have your system, you will receive a status update of “package received”. Otherwise, the tracking system is the best way for you to track your packages.

Communication

Once you place an order through the store. All communication should be handled strictly through the ticketing system. For update requests and general inquiry, use the integrated ticketing system. The ticketing system can be accessed via the footer of my website or by clicking into your account. E-Mailing me outside of the integrated ticketing system for an existing order may yield a delayed response or break communication. The ticketing system ensures that you receive a fast response.

Payment

Payment for installation services is expected within 48 hours of notification that the work is completed. Customers must be ready to pay promptly. If payment isn't received within 16 business days, the product will be recycled to recoup operating costs. This isn't a "lay-away" service and will not be treated as such. The current and only payment method is Stripe. Additional transaction fees for Stripe transactions will be applied to your invoice for any and all transactions.

All sales are final with NO exceptions. Pay close attention to your cart, I will NOT modify duplicate orders.
