Features and Info

The Super Stacker is a memory replacement module designed to interface with Super Famicom/Super Nintendo cartridges that utilize 36 pin MASKROMs. By "stacking" the modules on top of each other, the memory of the ROM can be increased up to 32Mb. This allows for broad compatibility across many different cartridges. The flash memory used for the Super Stacker is TSSOP48 packaged 29F016. The installation of the Super Stacker module is 100% reversible and completely non-destructive to the cartridge. The original MASKROM is left intact on the cartridge and isn't damaged. You do not need a desoldering station as there are no ROMs to desolder.
