SNES Edge-Enhancer DIY Kit

The SNES Edge-Enhancer is the first in its class easy-to-install DIY kit for all SNES 2CHIP systems. This kit is designed to be installed by DIY users and has been designed to be as simple and as straight forward as possible while maximizing performance.

Features and Info

This DIY modification is not a “sharpening filter”, but a complete recovery appliance that’s designed to dramatically improve the video output quality for Composite video, S-video and RGB video. The Edge-Enhancer yields visuals that are comparable to the sought after “1CHIP” SNES, greatly leveling the playing field and making the more affordable “2CHIP” SNES hardware much more attractive. The dreaded SNES “vertical bar” is also eradicated and is no longer a visual disturbance when outputting RGB video and visual noise is dramatically reduced. Compatibility

The SNES Edge-Enhancer is compatible with ALL non-1CHIP SNES revisions, which are:

• SNS-CPU-GPM-01(2) NTSC U/J

• SNS-CPU-RGB-01(2) NTSC U/J

• SNS-CPU-APU-01 NTSC U/J

• SNSP-CPU-01(2) (PAL interposer required TBD)
